Were the world to end in the future, in amount of time n, and time travel existed before n, that means that time travel would have to be invented in timeframe m, which is smaller than n. (m < n). Common knowledge leads us that if people with the technology of time travel were to face the end of the world, someone would’ve time travelled to the past to warn mankind of it’s impending fate. If our present is time 0, n and m would both be bigger than 0. (0 < m < n). Were they to travel to a different time than the current present, say, x, x would be either smaller or larger to 0, but not equal to 0, because x is not our present (x =/= 0). The time travelled to x would also have to be smaller than the end of the world n. (x < n) Assuming Time Travel can go both ways time wise, x might be either greater or lesser than time travel invention time m, but not the same, for if you were to stay in the same time frame, you would not travel. (x =/= m) Since the world has not ended now, the end of the world n must be bigger than 0 (0 < m). Apart from destination time x, there is also a departure time y, which applies to the same rules. In addition, x and y cannot be equal. (x =/= y), and y must be larger than m but smaller than n (m < y < n).
If someone were to time travel from time y to time x using the above logic, that means that he would travel past m, and end in an x which is greater than 0. Therefore, 0 < x < m < y < n. supposing x is in fact the current future, x would be 0. We can use this to calculate time travel invention time m.
(y – x) < (n – m)
= (y – 0) < (n – m)
= y 0)
0 < y < z
However, since y is smaller than (n – m), and y is bigger than m, n must be larger than twice the time of y.
2y 2)
n < ay
also leading us to conclusion
z < ay
since z m, z is > m, resulting in 0 < x < m < z < n. since y < z, y must be located between time travel invention time m and time span z. The problem being that time span z is the result of substracting the time span it took to invent time travel from the time span it takes untill the end of the world. This means that unless someone were to willingly time travel at the exact same moment time travel was invented(which is virtually impossible) z will be smaller than zero.
z < 0 0.

I’ve just returned from a 2 week trip to Sicily, Italy. I stayed in a villa near Scopello. I had some laughs and did some things. Here a day to day synopsis of what happened to me the previous two weeks:
